Tom DeLuco. DeLuco colled 18 
volunteers from the audience of 
students to participate in his show 
Through one person couldn't be hyp- 
notized the others all sank into a stote of 
hypnosis. Some students who par- 
ticipated were Bruce Glover, Down Dick, 
and Steve Timmer. All provided some 
entertoining moments.

dent built floats. Some of this year's entries 
were Garfield by Darwin House, The Suds 
Machine by Wilson House, ond Rudolf by the 
Cheerleaders. At one o'clock the footboll 
gomes stort. First: Blakeley vs. Alumni in this 
omozing flog football action. Dlokeley re- 
mained victorious. Then it was East vs. West in 
the powderpuff gome. The highlight of the 
doy was the queen contest. The entrants this 
year were extro special. The title of queen 
was awarded to the Douglos House entry.

John Anderson 

John Anderson was one of rhe many prominent speakers, 
who lectured or Eckerd College this year. He spoke of rhe 
results of the November elections. The lecture was co- 
sponsored by Eckerd and ASPEC, as a port of the A5PEC dedica- 
tion week
